Time Frame: You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of specific items.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at contact@storagebench.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions.
Packaging and Shipping: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our team. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Storage Bench Ltd. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
Approved Returns: For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., items not in their original condition), only partial refunds may be granted.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@storagebench.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Refunds: Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.
